Ready- to- eat food , art and plantstalls are welcome on both days. All traders will be required to remove all rubbish and leave the site tidy at the end of the day. The organisers will provide stalls ( we have 15 spaces on a first come basis, so please bring your own is you can)and electricity for low use appliences eg Fridges but not for high use apliences such as cooking equipment.

Food stalls are required to comply with and show evidence of, the following requirements
1 All food will have been grown or processed by the trader and come from Wales or within 50 miles of Cardiff (ie:similar to a farmers Market)
2 product and personal liability insurance ( a cheap policy can be gained by joining the National Market Traders Federation www.nmtf.co.uk. These should be displayed at your stand
3 have premises certified by the environmental Health Office of your local authority

Complete this application form and send a cheque for £10.00 per day payable to Pontcanna Festival, 5, Pitman Street, Cardiff CF11 9DJ
Artists have the opportunity to exhibit their work on the railings around Plasturton Gardens. The spaces available are approximately 6metres of running space. There will be a wooden batten attached to the top of the railings, making it easy to screw in hanging fixings.A polythene sheet will be attached to cover your valuable works should inclement weather prevail.
However if you wish to run a children's workshop we shall not charge you!
